With the introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1995, the management of Health and Safety within the industry became the concern of all parties involved in the building process and placed certain duties on clients.

The Partnership met the challenge of the introduction of the regulations, becoming one of the first practices regitered with the Royal Institute of British Architects to offer the service of Planning Supervisor to our clients.
